Are people from Egypt African or Middle Eastern. I live in a diverse place and people who are half middle east?

-ern lets say Mexican and Middle Eastern or Indian and Pakistani or Egyptian they call or like to identify them selves as Middle Eastern….In the Bible alot of it is about the Middle East…God Talks alot about Africa…but when I look at the Map…it looks like Egypt is clearly on the state of Africa???

Just wondering…I love all people as I am half Cheyenne/Native American..
