Why is Indian Army so Weak ?

India Amry lost Parts of Kashmir in 1948 and large Part in 1965 to Pakistan . In 1962 Our Famous and Mighty Army lost Large Parts to China . In 1999 It took 3 Months and this Mighty Army still couldnt recover whole of Kargil . Today Whole Right Ear of Indian Map is with China and Wole Left Ear is with Pakistan. I see India recruiting amongst Castes like Soods and Shamas as Indian Army Officers . Will People form Baniya and Low Castes be able to stand against Religious Pakistani Punjab and Afghani Zealots ??? Does not Indian Army needs to recruit more from Martial Races like Rajputs , Sikhs and Jats ??? People from Baniya and Shudra Caste were never able to fight till may Centuries [Only Rajputs and Brahmins were Fighting Martial Classes] and fled to Mountains because they were coward and weak . And suddenly India is recruiting with Set Quota for Each State ??? And suddenly after 1947 you put Arms in their Hand . Will Officers and Recruits from these Castes I mentioned be able to take on the Religious Zealots from Pakistan Punjab and Frontier Province ??? Dont we need to have more Rajputs , Sikhs and Jats in our Army or fixed Quota with Baniyas , Shudras , Bhaiyas making up our Indian Army . If this continues then expect in near future the Head along with Indias Ears will go to Pakistan and China

In fact a Person Speaking Good English is likely to become an Officer in Indian Army than a Die Hard Rajput or Sikh from some Village . But , due to his Education he wont probably make into Indian Army. Where the Hell do we need Education for FIghting!!! This Indian Army recruiting Policy is Bullshit and expect next Disaster when these Shopkeepers and Cleaners defend your Country
